Who We Are

I am a workplace coach and mediator focused on reducing friction and building resilient teams. With expertise in human resources, I work to resolve conflicts and provide coaching to Nonprofit and Federal employees, fostering a nurturing workplace. Previously, I enhanced international education programs at USAID. As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, I run Blue Monday Group, LLC, offering coaching and consulting services.
