Refund Policy

General Policy

Blue Monday Group, LLC provides coaching services that require time, preparation, and reserved scheduling. To maintain fairness and operational integrity, we maintain a strict refund policy.

All payments for coaching sessions, group programs, and assessments are final and non‑refundable.

Exceptions

Refunds or rescheduling accommodations may be granted only in the following circumstances:

  • Documented illness or medical emergency

  • Severe weather or safety‑related travel restrictions

  • Unexpected events outside the client’s control (evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis)

Exceptions are granted at the sole discretion of Blue Monday Group, LLC.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients must provide notice as early as possible if they cannot attend a scheduled session.

  • Missed sessions without notice are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

How to Request an Exception

Requests will be reviewed within a reasonable timeframe.
